Remo Ambassador Uncoated Snare Side Drum Head - 14

Remo Ambassador Uncoated Snare Side Drum Head - 14

The Remo Ambassador Uncoated Snare Side Drum Head - 14" is a professional-quality snare drum resonant head designed to deliver open, bright and responsive snare sounds. Manufactured by Remo, one of the world's leading drumhead brands, this 14-inch snare side drumhead is designed for the underside of a snare drum, helping maximise snare wire response, articulation and tonal clarity.

Constructed from a single ply of 3-mil (0.003-inch) Mylar film, the Remo Ambassador Uncoated Snare Side Drum Head - 14" provides an effective balance of sensitivity, resonance and strength. Its thin construction allows the drumhead to respond efficiently to vibrations from the snare wires, helping produce crisp articulation, a lively response and clear snare definition.

The uncoated, hazy-style finish is designed for resonant-side applications rather than use as a conventional batter head. This lightweight construction allows the snare wires to respond naturally to the vibrations generated by the batter head, helping bring out the character of your snare drum across different playing dynamics.

Suitable for a wide range of 14-inch snare drums, the Remo Ambassador Uncoated Snare Side Drum Head - 14" is a popular replacement choice for drummers maintaining their existing kit or looking to restore their snare's responsiveness. Its versatile sound makes it suitable for rock, pop, jazz, funk, studio recording and live performance.

Whether you're replacing a worn snare resonant head or carrying out routine drum maintenance, the Remo Ambassador Uncoated Snare Side Drum Head - 14" offers dependable performance, excellent snare wire sensitivity and the open, resonant response associated with the Ambassador series.
