DAddario PW-SH-01 Screeching Halt Sound Hole Cover

DAddario PW-SH-01 Screeching Halt Sound Hole Cover

The DAddario PW-SH-01 Screeching Halt Sound Hole Cover is a practical acoustic guitar accessory designed to reduce unwanted feedback when playing an electro-acoustic guitar through an amplifier or PA system. Ideal for live performances, rehearsals, open-mic nights and studio sessions, the DAddario PW-SH-01 Screeching Halt Sound Hole Cover helps guitarists achieve higher stage volumes with less risk of irritating feedback and howling.

By fitting securely into the guitar's soundhole, the DAddario PW-SH-01 Screeching Halt Sound Hole Cover helps reduce the resonance that can contribute to feedback when an acoustic guitar is amplified. This makes it particularly useful for singer-songwriters, gigging musicians and performers who need greater control over their amplified acoustic sound, especially when playing close to loudspeakers or stage monitors.

The tapered design allows the cover to fit a range of compatible acoustic guitar soundholes, while the soft rubber construction is designed to be gentle on the instrument's finish. Installation is quick and straightforward: simply press the cover into the soundhole when needed and remove it after the performance. No tools, adhesives or permanent modifications to your guitar are required.

Designed to fit most standard 4-inch (approximately 100mm) round soundholes, the DAddario PW-SH-01 Screeching Halt Sound Hole Cover is a convenient addition to any electro-acoustic guitarist's gig bag. Its simple, reusable design makes it easy to keep available for venues where feedback control is essential.

Whether you're performing on stage, rehearsing with a full band or amplifying your acoustic guitar in a small venue, the DAddario PW-SH-01 Screeching Halt Sound Hole Cover provides a straightforward way to help control feedback while keeping your instrument ready to play.
